Trillium Renewable Chemicals has been selected by the Department of Energy’s Advanced Manufacturing Office to receive $2.5 million to accelerate commercialization of Trillium’s process to manufacture bio-based acrylonitrile product.
New agreement with Trillium Renewable Chemicals will enable Solvay’s development of sustainable, bio-carbon fiber for use in various applications.
Capricorn Partners and Southern Research have jointly created a new Tennessee-based startup company Trillium Renewable Chemicals. Southern Research has exclusively licensed its patented chemical manufacturing platform to Trillium to accelerate commercial development of this promising new technology.
